Delivery within Trinidad & Tobago
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery across Trinidad is available via our designated pick-up hubs and courier partners.
- Pick-up hubs are located in Cunupia, St. Helena, and Scarborough, Tobago — follow our socials for the latest hub updates.
- Tobago deliveries are coordinated directly — please contact us via email or DM to arrange.
- Shipping fees vary by location and will be communicated at the time of order.
International Orders
- International shipping is available on request. Contact us at dsoriginalpowders@gmail.com to discuss options and rates.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
- We take great pride in the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue.
- Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
- Exchanges or refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed promptly and with care.
